Mental Reps Require Mental Rests
So often we setup our plans for massive failure because we fail to use our willpower like a muscle. When starting out, we think we can go to the mental gym and lift 200 pounds day one. We can do some reps sure, but then we need some rest to recover and go back at it.
So in your plan, include binge days. A day where nothing is required. Wake up late. Eat whatever you want. Do whatever you want. Binge! On purpose. Then do 2 days of reps, then binge! 3 days, binge! I think you get the idea. Measure your reps and rests in days instead of lifts.
