I believe that if more people were taking action aligned with their deepest purposes, they would lift themselves and those around them creating a better world to live in.

Angry? Ask, “what else might be going on?”

When you’re angry with someone, it’s because of an assumption.

You assume they mean you ill will.  You assume they don’t love you.  You assume it’s even about you.

If they’re late (again), what else might be going on?

They might have stopped to help someone.  They might be stuck in traffic.  They might have been doing something for you.

Even if they’re not, assuming the best of someone simply creates better interactions. Try it the next time you’re angry.
